The Gen 1 Night Vision binoculars allow for incredibly detailed observation ability under the darkness of
night and include a head gear accessory for a flip-up, adjustable and
hands-free unit.
These binoculars provide clear viewing in total darkness by
utilizing a built-in IR infrared illuminator; when in use the
illuminator emits a pulsing frequency that is so energy efficient it
creates less battery drainage and prolongs battery life.
The ergonomically designed rubberized body is surprisingly
lightweight and can be taken on long expeditions both easily and
comfortably. This model also features a dual diopter adjustment with
central focusing knob and fully multi-coated optics.
The binoculars utilize the revolutionary Eclipse Lens Cover System
which uses flip-up covers that can be easily clipped back against the
body of the binoculars and rotated out of the user’s viewing area while
eliminating lens cap hassles. Pin holes in the lens caps allow the
binoculars to be used in the daytime when the caps are closed.
The Viking binoculars are backed by Yukon’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.

I'd give the product overall about a 4-4.5 star rating. But for the price, shipping time and overall service I'd absolutely give 5 stars. Enough to bump my overall rating up to 5*****. When I had emailed them about a question I had, they were very polite and got back to me very quickly with what I needed to know. I put alot of stock in good service and try to only deal with retailers that show they really care. Needless to say I'll be a return customer.

I had some friends who had purchased some very high $$$ goggles not long ago and I wanted some for myself but didn't want to spend that kind of $$$. I got a pair not really knowing what to expect out of these. They're not latest and greatest out there, but for the $ amount you really can't beat these. They're still very good quality. Unless you want to spend about 3 grand...these are the best way to go in my opinion...
