There is a 20% cancellation fee for any orders canceled any time after being placed.
We do wish that you contact us directly by email prior to returning your items so we can verify the items are deemed returnable as to not waste any time or resources for all parties involved. For items you wish to return to the Army Surplus Store, please print out this Return Form Document and mail with the returned item for quicker processing of your request. Please be sure the return corresponds with our return policy and is mailed within 30 days of when you received your item.

We cannot except returns or exchanges for worn, used, damaged, or any altered items. We cannot accept sleeping bags, shoes/footwear, or undergarments that have been used. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, any additional shipping or handling charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
Although we do are best to ensure each product image is accurate and up to date, please be aware prior to returning, that all images are only representatives of products, and in rare cases images may not be to the exact liking of the actual product you receive (e.g. some surplus ammo cans may not come with the yellow lettering on the side as pictured). All Surplus items are in usable condition at worst, returns will not be accepted based on minute amounts of rust. -30 Day Return and Exchange from the date the customer receives his/her order. For merchandise to be returned or exchanged, it must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. Exchanges are charged for all subsequent shipping & handling fees. Personalized items such as dog tags are non-returnable items. Free Shipping
- In the case that an entire order or partial order over $75.00 that received free shipping is returned for a refund or credit, normal shipping charges will be deducted before the refund is issued.
- In the case of exchanges that are made you will be charged return shipping of your products even if you received free shipping on your initial purchase. The shipping charged will be based on the remaining amount of products on the order.
